Where is your leadership actually weakest?
Thirty-five situations, drawn from the seven pillars in Firm Foundations. There are no answers you can spot from across the room — several are deliberately uncomfortable, because the weaker options are things capable leaders genuinely do and will defend.
Answer with what you would actually do, not what you know you are supposed to say. The only person this is useful to is you, and only if it is honest.
You will see your seven-pillar profile on screen the moment you finish. No score is emailed to anyone unless you ask for it.
Your Profile
The shape, not the score.
There is no overall number here, and that is deliberate. A single score invites you to compare yourself with other people. What matters is the shape — where you are solid, and where the floor gives way.
10–12 Developing — sound instincts, applied unevenly
6–9 Emerging — aware of it, not yet operating on it
0–5 Foundational gap — start here

The pillars are built in order, and each one rests on the ones beneath it. Trust comes first because nothing above it holds without it. If one of your two weakest sits low in that order, begin there — repairing a pillar while the one below it is still soft is how leaders end up doing the same work twice.
